I am a mechanical engineering graduate student at the University of Michigan. I received a BS in Mechanical Engineering with a minor in Energy Studies from MIT in 2012. After graduation I worked as a well engineer at Shell Oil Company in New Orleans, LA. I began my graduate studies at Michigan in 2016.
My research focuses on utilizing optimization theory to design controllers for autonomous vehicles. I am currently interested in:
- Safe trajectory planning in uncertain environments
- Incorporation of modeling uncertainty in trajectory planning and selection
